Everyone on this earth has problems. There is no getting away from them; however, most problems can be solved simply and easily. All it takes to solve a problem is to first understand exactly what the problem is and then communicate it effectively to those who can help you solve the problem. By getting the problem out in the open and having an exchange of ideas on how to solve the problem; it won't be long before suggestions are made and brainstorming the problem can begin.
Next, allow everyone who is involved with the problem to put their input in on solving the problem. It is important to not allow just one or two people to solve the problem, but everyone who is available. Problems are better solved when there is input and feedback from everyone.
Then, it is important to keep an open mind when dealing with a problem. Often, when a problem occurs, we freeze up, become anxious and when we do this, we look at the problem as being unsolvable or just too difficult to handle. Keeping an open mind also allows you brain to think of ways to solve the problem. Begin writing down solutions from everyone as you talk with them and then brainstorm on one or two solutions that will solve the problem.
The next step is to have plan on how to implement the solution. For example, let's say that you're having a problem with your car. It seems that the anti-freeze is leaking and you may have to take the car and have it checked. So, you need to make a plan on when to take it down, the possibility that it may be a costly repair, how you will pay for it and who can help out with the problem. Let's also say that the car is almost 10 years old, you've been thinking about getting a new car; so this may be an opportunity to not only get the car fixed but to also check out several other new cars while you're there.
To conclude, everyone has problems; however, problems don't have to consume and erode your day. There are efficient and easy ways to solve problems. All you need to do is communicate and get help from others, draw up a plan and look for the good that might come from it. In addition, problems can also give you experience for when bigger problems arise and that can make you life easier and less stressful
